The story in three steps

01

The challenge

In a Part-145 maintenance company, line, shop, administration and customer contact often run through different systems and forms. Customers, parts, certificates and invoices are not in one place, while every step has to be provable to EASA.

02

What we built

One platform for line, shop, administration, customers, compliance and safety. Work orders with digital work sheets and NDT sheets, sign-off by mechanic and inspector, traceability down to batch and tool, and a customer portal for requests and status.

03

The result

From customer request to certificate in one system. Closing a work order produces the EASA Form 1 or FAA 8130-3, the work order PDF and the draft invoice, with a shareable link anyone can use to verify the certificate.
