The story in three steps
The challenge
Klaas teaches companies how to turn their customers into fans. Yet he sold his trainings through Kajabi, his books and payments through Plug&Pay and his email through ActiveCampaign. Customers jumped from one system to the next, each with its own login and its own look. One customer's data was spread over three places, so nobody saw the full picture. And every platform cost money every month.
What we built
One platform of his own, on his own domain and in his own brand. Visitors order a book as hardcopy, e-book or audiobook and then read or listen online right away, in the same environment where they follow the trainings. The checkout is part of the site itself, not a separate platform like Plug&Pay. Nobody leaves the website, everything keeps the same style, and every order goes straight into his own database. There it sits next to the trainings, the emails and the customer's account. So an e-book or audiobook is ready in that account right after payment. Email and CRM are built in, and Klaas edits copy and images himself from one admin.
The result
Customers stay in one environment, from first visit to certificate, and all data is in one place. That made it possible to connect his database to his personal AI. Klaas simply asks a question and sees the answer right away: how often is my training watched, how many orders did I get this week, what was my best day in the pre-sale of my new book? All his email marketing runs through the platform too. He drafts and sends emails with AI, and sees right away how each email performs. Visitors get help from an AI assistant in Klaas's tone, and the site switches along with the language. Platform costs are 85% lower.
